I had a fantastic experience at Impact physical therapy in Orland Park after breaking my foot. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and supported. The facility itself is clean and well-organized. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely invested in my progress. A special thank you to Lynne, who was absolutely wonderful- so knowledgeable, patient, and motivating throughout the entire process. Lynne took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and create a plan specifically to my needs. Scheduling was also convenient. The staff was flexible, accommodating, and made it easy to find appointment times that worked with my schedule. Thanks to this team, I’ve made great progress. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done for me and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I had a back problem that was not resolved for many months. I started therapy recently with Bob and I see incredible improvement. I am pain free and able to move again. Very happy that I found this place.

I cannot possibly express how thankful and appreciative of Dr. Bob and everyone at IMPACT Physical Therapy we are. Dr. Bob and his staff have been a godsend for our 13 year old son who competes at the National level for Nike Meanstreets basketball . For the past two years Dr. Bob has helped get him through various issues including knee pain/growing pains, calf pain/muscle tightness & achilles tendonitis. Dr. Bob is thorough and kind and has always made himself available when we have a question or concern. We wholeheartedly recommend Impact and feel extremely thankful to have them here in Orland!

Having vertigo is an horrific event in life. I was always skeptical about going to physical therapy for help with vertigo . Kamila eased my worry and helped me through a terrible time gently. I would never hesitate again. Thank you Kamila!

Came here for PT for hip pain that made walking difficult and my goal was to take my daughter to her first arena concert. My hip pain is much better, gone most days, and I can walk and stand better without pain. AND I reached my short term goal and went to the concert and didn’t have pain after. Super grateful for the staff at Impact. It’s been the most effective PT I’ve had, and I’ve been in PT off and on for 20 years.

Mat is an excellent Doctor of physical therapy!! He has a very precise and outstanding knowledge base for his patients. He listens well and finds the appropriate modality to help him heal his patients.

Impact is the best physical therapy clinic in the South Loop. Plenty of space, clean, welcoming staff, and tailor programs with an athlete’s mindset. Roma is extremely talented and professional, and has accelerated my recovery in a short time. The facility also has a recovery room area, including chairs with air compression boots, which are great. All around, a really comfortable facility.

Liz is fantastic! She is very passionate about her work in the physical wellness space and it's clear that she cares for each and every patient. The therapists on her team are also genuinely caring and friendly. They also let me sit in the compression boots while waiting for my appointment time. I would subscribe for monthly tune-ups here if I lived in the area, but unfortunately am just passing through for work. I was able to fit in a couple of sessions in with Liz for massage and dry needling for neck stiffness and already feel a world of a difference! The pricing for services is also very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

From the moment you check in to the end if the session, you are met with professionalism and very friendly staff. My therapist , Roma is very knowledge and helpful. She takes the time to listen and work with you. The techs that work with her are also very helpful and kind. I’m also giving a shout out to the two reception area gentlemen. They are a pleasure to work with! Not too often you come across a place where all the staff seem happy at their job. I highly recommend Impact.

At almost the end of my treatment I decided to leave this review. After about four months of physical therapy I’m really glad I chose Impact. After an unfortunate fall, I injured my ankle pretty badly. I tried different doctors and even chiropractic care, but nothing seemed to help and, in fact, it was only getting worse. That’s when I decided to fully commit to physical therapy, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Thanks to Roma, my therapist, my ankle not only stopped hurting, but it also became significantly stronger and more stable. Even more than that, my legs overall feel stronger and more supported. The progress I’ve made honestly exceeded my expectations. Roma has an amazing approach with patients – she truly listens, takes every concern seriously, and adjusts the treatment to what you need. She’s also just a genuinely fun and kind person, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. What started as a clinical process ended up feeling very human and supportive, and I really appreciated that. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into every exercise and does everything she can to help you recover as fully as possible. Thank you to Roma and to Impact Physical Therapy for giving my ankle a second chance. I highly recommend them!

Once I discovered Impact Therapy in Norridge, I wasn't dreading having to go for PT. When you come into this space there is a. welcoming feeling from the receptionist who greets you, to the therapists that work with you. You will see people of all ages who are working hard to relieve their pain and gain their mobility and you will see therapists who are working with them who are so well trained in PT and they look so happy to be able to help their patients ease their pain and gain back their mobility. This place is special because it is totally centered on the well being of its patients.

Impact Physical Therapy is a great place to get the best results after an injury. The staff is polite and caring and Monica is caring and professional and is helping me get great results.

I've had a positive experience at IPT.Great staff, very friendly. Daniel is knowledgeable and professional. He's a great physical therapist. My treatment and recovery are going well. I'm here for a sports injury. My only criticism would be that this place appears to be geared more towards non sport related therapy. From what I've seen they treat alot of seniors. So perhaps if your looking for a facility that eats, sleeps and breathes with sports injuries and related therapy you may want to weight your options. Regardless, I would recommend this place and will continue my road to recovery here.

I have gone to Cassie for a evaluation on a serious vertigo issue. She was very thorough and attentive in getting to the root of my ongoing problem. She explained in avery informed and reasonable way on what can be sone to alleviate the issue.

Excellent treatment, reasonable prices, clear communication and ease of scheduling. Couldn’t be happier.

Incredibly knowledgeable and caring therapists and staff who take their time with each client. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I’m in Chicago.
