This was by far one of the best physical therapy places I've been to. Highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Tim helped me pinpoint weak/problem areas that needed strengthening and gave me the exercises to do. I will definitely be going back and will refer them out to anyone that needs PT.

The care that I have received over the last two years from Tim and from Kamila has been BEYOND exceptional. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, competent and caring. The entire staff including all of the tech assistants are exceptionally polite, attentive, and helpful throughout every visit. A huge special shoutout to Kristie at the front desk for effortlessly navigating everyone’s busy schedules and tricky insurance details, all while greeting us with a warm smile. I highly recommend the Impact Physical Therapy Naperville; it is a 10/10 experience. The entire staff is wonderful and provides exceptional, expert care. I have been coming here for my ACL rehabilitation both pre- and post-operation, and I am extremely satisfied with my progress. I have personally worked with Braden and Chris, but I have observed other physical therapists and techs providing the same level of care and compassion. They are all excellent. A huge shout-out to Braden, my primary physical therapist; I truly appreciate the personalized plan, care, and compassion he provides during my sessions. And thank you Christy for always accommodating my scheduling requests !! 🙂

I came to Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Recovery (Naperville location) suffering from stubborn plantar fasciitis and received excellent care from Brendon. He developed a personalized treatment plan combining manual therapy with targeted exercises, which significantly alleviated my foot pain and restored my mobility.

I really appreciate the wholistic approach to physical therapy. While my hip is the main issue, Gretchen considers my feet, knees, hips and back and creates plans that address the whole complex involved in movement.

Drew is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging to our son as he has physical therapy. Our son actually looks forward to going to every session and has improved after 3 visits.

Mat is an excellent Doctor of physical therapy!! He has a very precise and outstanding knowledge base for his patients. He listens well and finds the appropriate modality to help him heal his patients. New updated review: Doctor Matt Wesolowski is an exceptional and outstanding Physical Therapist. When I first met him, I couldn’t even lift one pound of weight with my right arm. Now after only a couple of months of his manual therapy and his specially tailored made therapeutic exercises; have helped me to now lift weights up to 16 pounds. Matt is very patient with me and has slowly but steadily helped me to reduce my pain issues. I have had pain and reduced strength in my head, neck, and right arm for over 30 years. 07/09/2026 Due to recurring plantar fasciitis sxs and now tingling down my left leg to foot, I returned to Impact-South Loop, working with PT Alex. During course of treatment, further testing ( MRI) identified low back problems. Alex broadened the scope of my PT to address this identified additional problem. In addition, I received a lot of education about new limitations with future exercising and about learning to accept those limitations- not something I wanted to hear! I completed PT in May, 2026. I’m appreciative and very satisfied with the care I received. I’m working on those limitations and figuring out new ways to workout. Also, a shout out to the front desk staff and the knowledgeable PT techs for all of your help. Thanks for your support.

Came in for Neck and shoulder pain. Dan came up with a plan and we got after it. Dan was awesome at building a base to get better. When other ailments popped up(back spasms) he altered the plan for that day to treat the back as well as still work on the neck and shoulder with modifications. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for PT. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming.

Dan is great to work with, always provides positive feed back and helped me out and got me back quickly from my injury. All staff is very friendly and attentive to your requests.

Impact physical therapy in Norridge has been an amazing place to help my recovery from my 2nd acl tear. I switched to this location about 3 months into my recovery (now at 6 months in) and I am just so grateful for the kind and welcoming environment they provide. Dan and Leo are amazing physical therapist who truly care about you and want to help you reach your goals and care about your recovery. The receptionist, Gina, is very welcoming, warm and super funny as well. The people there have gone above and beyond to give me the best possible outcome of this very tough journey. Highly recommend!!

Cassie is the BEST. Over the years, I have struggled to find medical providers for myself that listen to their patients and treat them with respect. Being my first experience with PT, I had no idea what to expect, except that my pain would probably be dismissed and I'd have wasted my time. Not at all. Cassie gave me her full attention, looked at my medical record, and walked me through what was happening. She gave me concrete markers to help me understand my injury. I also struggle to communicate pain to others, and she worked with me on that throughout the process so that I could know my limits and heal properly. I always have so many questions, and she has patiently answered all of them. I felt so truly heard and seen, that I have been able to take what I learned about my body's needs into interactions with other providers! For sessions where an intern assisted, she made sure to supervise and guide as needed. She is so skilled and knowledgeable in a way that is patient focused that it makes her an invaluable asset – not just to this practice and to her field, but to her community that she treats. I've come away more confident in my body and my ability to advocate for myself. I will also say I had a positive interaction with billing. I made a mistake, and they were able to work with me to take care of my payments while being kind and polite. All in all, I highly recommend this location!

Staff all all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They go the extra distance to check in with doctors, and overall all are very supportive of meeting your goals. 5 stars.

I had been struggling with debilitating TMJ , and Paul Thomas at the Lakeview location has worked wonders in a few short weeks! This was my my first experience with dry needling, but the skilled use of them along with exercises has helped more than I could have hoped. Staff in general are incredibly friendly and I've really enjoyed my time here and know when my next PT needs arrive I'll be back!
