Being a physical therapist means I am available as a resource for people to learn how to better their quality of life. We help people realize that instead of just dealing with pain we have the ability to play an active role in physical recovery. Injuries, whether acute or chronic, can put quite the damper in everyday life. Physical therapy can help people focus less on pain and dysfunction and spend more time living!

I have volunteered at many races and athletic events. I enjoy being a part of events promoting physical wellness and fitness. I am certified in Astym and certified in trigger point dry needling to assist with reducing soft tissue restrictions and improving patient outcomes. I have experience working with patients young and old with a wide range of orthopedic injuries. I enjoy treating patients with a wide range of physical issues, including athletic injury, cervicogenic headaches and post-op toward specific functional goals. I have given presentations to multiple high school teams regarding injury prevention including baseball, swimming, volleyball, track. I have experience working with running clubs screening out injuries and talking about injury prevention.
